Job description

Firm that assists Federal agencies to manage design and construction of their real estate projects is seeking a construction manager with at least six (6) years’ experience managing the design and construction of capital projects for colleges and universities. The position will be located at the US Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York. Candidates must have experience successfully: Additional consideration will be given to candidates who have Candidates’ resumes should include information about individual projects on which they worked, including the scope of the project, the candidate’s role on the project, and the project’s dollar value.
