WI-St. Agnes Hospital Worker Type: Regular Job Highlights: Plant Operations Technician Location: Fond du Lac, WI: Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM On-Call: Yes About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Plant Operations Technician I to support the safe and efficient operation of facility and power plant systems. In this role, you’ll monitor equipment, respond to facility issues, and help ensure critical systems remain operational—especially during emergencies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HVAC and maintenance experience who takes pride in quality work and accountability. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, operate, and adjust facility equipment and power plant machinery according to established procedures - Oversee emergency power units and support emergency operations - Perform power plant restarts following defined protocols - Respond to facility trouble calls, troubleshoot issues, and complete necessary repairs - Monitor off-site properties and coordinate with appropriate staff or contractors as needed - Utilize computerized building automation systems to resolve issues - Maintain a strong focus o...
