Company Description Drive Red Bull’s sales and marketing in on-premise accounts within the assigned region in collaboration with the team of Musketeers. The ROPM will train, coach, develop, and evaluate the Musketeers to build a high-performing team. The ROPM will strengthen the brand’s image in the on-premise channel, ensure excellent and efficient area coverage by the Musketeers, and continuously improve Red Bull’s return on investment. Interactions with customers and consumers motivate individuals to want to be associated with the Red Bull brand. The brand’s image is strengthened through customer interactions and personal style. AREA MANAGEMENT: Ensures excellent, intelligent, and efficient coverage of the area through Musketeers. Develops and maintains relationships with key On-Premise partners. Spends at least four days per week in the field with Musketeers. Properly manages partnership agreement payments and budgets.
