Position Purpose: The Aii Systems Engineering Intern/Co-Op role offers students an incredible opportunity to gain real-world experience while still in school. This role blends classroom theory with firsthand experience, allowing you to apply your skills in real-world scenarios. Essential Functions: - Assist in the design, development, and building of custom automated equipment and machinery that may include mechanical assemblies, electrical panels, controls, and system layouts. - Assist engineers with the creation and modification of mechanical designs, electrical schematics, panel layouts, and system documentation. - Assist in developing Computer Aided Design (CAD) models, drawings, and layouts for machine components, assemblies, and automation systems. - Aid in the assembly, wiring, and integration of automated equipment which may include mechanical hardware, sensors, actuators, motors, and control components. - Aid with machine debugging, testing, and startup activities, both in-house and during system val...
