Purpose: The Senior Manager, Branch Oversight, Business Controls, Private Banking is responsible for managing and providing regulatory support to the 16 Private Banking Branches nationally. In addition the incumbent promotes and ensures that high quality service is provided. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedure. The incumbent will also contribute to the provision of human, straightforward and knowledgeable service through their daily interactions to foster a relationship of mutual trust and confidence with partners and other employees. They ensure service provided is consistently of high quality in keeping with Scotia Service Standards and complaint Resolution Standards.
