Burnside & Associates Limited is seeking a performance-driven Intermediate Land Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse ICI and Mixed-Use developments while building strong client relationships and driving project success. What You’ll Be Doing: - Leading land development projects from concept to completion - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and external agencies - Managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables across multiple offices - Producing detailed engineering designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution - Conducting site visits and attending client/agency meetings - Supporting cross-sector collaboration within Burnside Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day project tasks and ensure deadlines are met - Prepare proposals, manage budgets, and lead business development efforts - Conduct invoicing and manage accounts receivable - Lead quality control processes and ensure design accuracy - Identify new business opportunities and fo...
