Work Location Delicato Vineyards Manteca Position Purpose: Under general supervision, the Bottling Maintenance Technician monitors, trouble-shoots, repairs, adjusts, installs, maintains, operates, tests or otherwise services automated, servo-mechanical, electromechanical, or electro-pneumatic equipment in support of bottling and production operations. Utilizes skills, knowledge and technical abilities independently or as part of a team to collaborate and contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise-wide productivity, quality, safety, and cost-saving metrics. Functional Responsibility: Essential Duties: *Other duties may be assigned - Collaborates with other stakeholders and third-party providers to ensure a safe working environment as it relates to tools/equipment, training, work environment, unsafe acts, identifying potential issues or other related safety items - Works cohesively with Bottling Supervisors, Production Managers, Bottling Manager, QC & QA - Cleans, lubricates, repairs, or adjusts parts, pumps, vessels, equipment, or machinery using hand tools or specialized equipment - Repairs, reworks, or calibrates hydraulic, pneumatic, power transmission, and conveyance...
