In addition to coaching responsibilities, this position supports student success and institutional operations through campus engagement activities, event support, proctoring services, and other student-facing responsibilities during non-competitive periods. The coach is expected to foster a positive student-athlete experience that emphasizes academic achievement, personal growth, sportsmanship, and community engagement.
