Job Title: Scrum Master About your role: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead 2–3 high-performing software engineering teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the chosen framework is understood and enacted. Your goal is to foster a culture of self-management, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
