The Senior Property Asset Manager – Expansion is accountable for leading and delivering all landlord and tenant activities required to support Heathrow’s expansion programme, ensuring readiness for acquisition strategy, access, vacant possession, and statutory requirements ahead of the Development Consent Order (DCO). The role serves as the central property interface between the Expansion Programme, delivery teams, British Airways, and other third‑party tenants, ensuring that on‑airport land and property interests are actively managed to protect programme milestones, minimise risk, and enable essential works, surveys, and investigations. Requiring advanced professional property expertise and strong stakeholder management capability, the role operates autonomously on complex and high‑risk property matters that sit on the critical path to the DCO.
