Your ability to observe, identify, and report potential risks—while supporting the protection of guests, team members, and company assets—directly strengthens the safety and compliance of our gaming environment. As a Lead Operator, you also help guide and develop new team members, ensuring the Surveillance team maintains the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and vigilance.
