Summary: Perched on the foothills of Pokolbin in the Hunter Valley and overlooking our historic vineyard, the Audrey Wilkinson Cellar Door is renowned as much for the breathtaking views as it is our award-winning wines and legendary visitor experience. We are looking for individuals with natural customer service skills and experience in a hospitality based supervisory role to assist in the day-to-day running of the cellar door. This is a role which would suit someone in the tourism, hospitality and/or other customer service focused industry looking to make a change. Previous wine industry or cellar door experience is not essential, though well-regarded. Responsibilities: The Cellar Door Supervisor will help lead our enthusiastic cellar door team in their day-to-day delivery of our wine tasting experiences, ensuring exceptional customer service. They will assist and support the Cellar Door Manager in the management and operation of the cellar door, including undertaking open and close procedures, end of day reconciliations, staff management, reservations management, as required.
