Job description

We are seeking an experienced Editorial & Creation Lead with a deep passion for children’s storytelling across picture books, chapter books, comics/graphic novels, and nonfiction for ages 2–12. This role blends traditional editorial leadership with platform-scale creation and AI-enabled workflows. You will oversee content/book development while also defining the creative systems, standards, and frameworks that allow thousands of creators - human and AI-assisted - to produce high-quality stories. You will act as the guardian of storytelling quality, particularly for stories created from or in collaboration with existing IPs, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and child suitability. Your mission is to build a scalable editorial and creative system where original stories and IP-based content can be created efficiently using new technology - while consistently meeting a high narrative, educational and ethical bar in a fast paced environment.
