Product Specialist Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Product Specialist to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA! What We Need: - Self-motivated individuals - Passion for the automotive industry - Focus on serving customers What Our Product Specialists Do: - Provide excellent service to our customers throughout their entire car-buying process - Showcase Checkered Flag’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties, take customers on test drives - Answer any customer’s questions about cars, financing, and purchase processes - Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching them to vehicles. - Stay up to date on manufacturer training to remain knowledgeable on all vehicles available to purchase Your Pre-Qualifications: Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates - High school diploma or equivalent - Customer Service experience - Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years Who We Are: Winners serving Winners!: At Checkered Flag, we’ve been providing drivers in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Newport News, and Hampton with...
