Learning Experience Specialist

Job description

As a Learning Experience Specialist, you are responsible for developing and producing high-quality learning assets that enable our customers and partners to successfully adopt and use their Achievers platform. This role is highly hands-on and execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on video production, multimedia content development, and e-learning build. How you'll shape Professional Services at Achievers: - Produce engaging learning experiences across live, on-demand, and blended formats aligned to defined learning objectives. - Create short-form and long-form training videos including screen capture, voice-over narration, and editing. - Develop e-learning modules using modern authoring tools. - Apply accessibility and inclusive design best practices. - Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and SMEs to produce polished learning materials. - Execute rapid, iterative development workflows. - Build supplemental assets such as job aids, quick-start guides, and infographics. - Support customer-facing paid training engagements with custom assets. - Perform quality assurance checks and incorporate feedback.
