Position Status: Full time Shift: First Shift (Days - Less than 12 hours per shift) (United States of America) Hours per week: 40 Job Information Exemption Status: Non-Exempt A Brief Overview: The individual in this role is a key member of the management team responsible for organizing, evaluating, and staffing his/her assigned area within the department to complete the activities within the revenue cycle in a timely fashion and in accordance with departmental and organization policies and procedures. The incumbent supervises revenue cycle functions through a group of employees who perform complex tasks which are completed to ensure timely processing of patient accounts, maximum customer service and satisfaction, maximum teamwork, maximize cash flow, and minimize bad debt. The incumbent is responsible for the financial, quality, productivity and resource management and is expected to utilize methods and systems which are cost effective and in compliance with required standards, rules and regulations.
