This role is responsible for all aspects of managing a single store—including hiring, training, scheduling, developing, and leading a high-performing team. The Store Manager oversees day-to-day operations to achieve sales, profit, and customer retention goals while maintaining brand standards, inventory quality, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on, lead-by-example position requiring strong leadership, adaptability, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment.
