Job Summary: Responsible for managing and troubleshooting all inquiries received through email, social media platforms, and conducting unable to locate calls. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Respond to client and family inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Service Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating home care services for clients. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client complaints and issues promptly and effectively. Service Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the agency’s home care services and policies. Documentation: Keep accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and resolutions. Compliance: Ensure all services adhere to home care regulations and agency policies. Support: Provide support to field staff and caregivers as needed.
