Senior Salesforce Systems Engineer (Hybrid 2 days per week onsite) Overview: We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Systems Engineer who can own the technical direction of our CRM ecosystem end-to-end. This is not a ticket-queue administrator role; you will serve as the connective tissue between complex data architecture, enterprise integrations, and business strategy. You will lead sophisticated technical implementations involving FinancialForce (Certinia) and similar cloud-based ERPs, ensuring seamless data flow across our financial middleware and core business systems. Your expertise will drive high-stakes Salesforce-to-Salesforce migrations and the development of robust DevOps pipelines that keep our deployment cycles fast and reliable. You will be responsible for translating executive requirements into technical delivery plans and communicating progress to stakeholders at every level.
