Why This Role Matters: As a Maintenance Technician III , you are the advanced technical leader on the property. You diagnose complex system issues, lead larger repair projects, and mentor junior technicians to elevate overall team performance. Compensation : $27-$29/hour, depending on experience, plus potential to earn renewal bonuses! Schedule : Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus participation in emergency on-call rotation.
