Job Description: We are looking for a HO Rewards Operations Germany to join our GBS in Lisbon! Responsibilities - your mission: Main Team Leader activities: Support recruiting of the reward operations team in the GBS (for Germany market) Maintain close contact with the HR Manager to align strategy, support and assist the team on management dimensions. Responsible for the team´s operational performance. Propose and implement process harmonization and standardization between the different legal entities and promote an end to end approach. Prepare reporting: KPIs to internal manager, customers and stakeholders to display process performance Propose mitigation actions with internal manager, customer and other stakeholders Propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Act as the first point of contact of the mission to share any issues / capacity / escalation / support / improvement ideas between teams. Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential. Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
