Hourly Pay Range: $30.46 - $45.69 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: Mental Health Clinical Therapist I - Location: LOH Plainfield-Outpatient - Full Time - Hours: Days What you will do: - Conducts psychosocial assessments by interviewing the patient and their significant others to obtain history and identify preliminary issues for treatment focus. - Contacts appropriate previous and current tertiary caregivers to obtain relevant collateral clinical data that may be needed for the patient’s coordination of care, treatment planning and discharge planning. - Develops, implements and monitors progress of the patient’s individualized treatment plan. - Conducts daily group and individual assessments to identify issues for treatment focus by interviewing the patient one-on-one and transcribing relevant information. - Provides individual, group and family process-oriented counseling sessions.
