The Role: You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient machining of parts to print. This includes selecting the optimal sequence of operations and executing precise setups to meet rigorous blueprint dimensions and tolerances. #ZR Essential Functions: · Machine Operation: Set up and operate a range of lathes, including manual vertical turret lathes, manual horizontal lathes, and CNC horizontal lathes. · Equipment Care: Perform daily start-up/clean-up and conduct weekly preventative maintenance to ensure peak machine performance. · Quality Assurance: Use manual precision tools Dial Calipers, Dial Indicators, and OD/ID Mics to verify dimensions and uphold quality standards. · Material Management: Identify and label materials for traceability, including those...
