Location: Gdańsk: Language: English: Main purpose of the position: To our Global Finance Service Centre based in Gdańsk, we are looking for experienced Master Data Associate who will be responsible for the overall quality of the data within ERP Systems, abiding by the master data policies and the management of Employee, Vendor, Customer Accounts and Contracts data as well as Employee Asset Database (“EAD”) related matters. What you’ll do: Review: Policy: - Creation and amendment of Vendor, Customer and Employee master data in relevant ISS systems in line with ISS policies - Control the updating of 3rd party data sets across a range of central departments - Update Job and Job task codes in the NAV system, via approved tickets - Updating the EAD with all relevant data - Regular review and analysis of Vendor, Customer and Employee master data in the ISS ERP - Ensuring alig...
