Job Summary We, at NetApp IT are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional with over 8 years of expertise in database and Oracle cloud administration. This role requires a deep understanding of database architecture, performance tuning, security, compliance and cloud administration, configuration and infrastructure. Job Requirements: The Database/Cloud Admin Engineering team is part of NetApp’s IT function and is responsible for a wide range of Relational & NOSQL databases and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure comprising of Databases and Cloud ERP Fusion systems. As a key member of the team, you will help to ensure that team objectives and operational goals are met. Relational & NOSQL Databases Administration: - Install, manage and maintain relational databases viz. Oracle, MS SQL Server, Postgresql, MySQL, etc and NOSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis,etc - Ensure high availability, performance, scalability and security. - Perform regular database patching, upgrades, and migrations. - Conduct periodic performance assessments for finetuning and optimization of SQL queries and database instances. - Implement and manage backup, recovery and resiliency strategies....
