To supervise and direct the activities of the maintenance crew in order to provide the best possible upkeep and repair of all Company facilities and equipment. To monitor all maintenance activities to insure that quality work is being conducted in a safe manner and accomplished and a timely fashion. YOUR IMPACT: - Monitor condition of all Company facilities and equipment and make recommendations for its proper upkeep - Monitor quality of work being performed by Maintenance and Custodial personnel to insure work is being performed in a manner which will protect the Company's assets - Determine most effective crew size and departmental organization to most efficiently carry out assigned work - Work closely with all Production manager/supervisors in a...
