Who we are looking for We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a solid foundation in custody operations and a proven ability to support BAU tasks independently. Fluency in Italian and English is required, along with experience in process documentation and escalation handling. This role operates in a hybrid working model, with a minimum of three days per week required in the office What you will be responsible for As an Associate 2, you will: Independently manage daily BAU tasks and ensure timely execution. Identify and escalate operational issues to appropriate Manager. Contribute to SOP and job aid creation and updates. Assist in reporting and analytics preparation for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational improvements. What we value: Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
