Job Description Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift (15 Days A Month) - Provide coaching, support, training and direction to a team of Maintenance Technicians. - Exemplifies the Amcor Values and Behaviors at all times. Leads by example and exhibits professionalism in all areas when representing Amcor inside and outside of the plant. - Act as the point of contact for plant personnel for day to day maintenance issues. - Verify PMs are being completed properly. - Conduct shift turnover communication, to Group Lead and other Team Leads. - Maintain maintenance work area and tools in clean orderly manner - Complete preventative maintenance checks and use computer software to enter, update, and close work orders. - Order replacement parts and equipment as needed. - Complete various paperwork including front line leader daily checklists in Group Lead’s absence. - Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and accessory support equipment and direct the team in making repairs. - Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair - Verification of cleaning machine and surrounding area after repairs - Familiar with re...
