Title: Supvr Generation - Planner Company: Tampa Electric Company: State and City: Florida - North Ruskin Shift: 8 Hr. X 5 Days POSITION CONCEPT: The Planner Estimator II will be operating at the Big Bend power station and is responsible in a line capacity to the Manager, Construction/Manager Planning & Contractor Services. Responsible for coordinating, planning and scheduling all capital project, outage and maintenance related activities from initiation to completion in a cost-effective manner in accordance with the procedure for “Planning Contracted Work” ES-CM-100. Collaborates with TEC Construction Supervisors in the development of work estimates and review contractor work proposals. Utilize cost control methods and work within the parameters of station budgetary allotments to accomplish required work. Responsible for prompt and effective communication and coordination of significant work activities with all affected groups to anticipate and minimize schedule and cost conflicts and delays, KPI tracking and compliance monitoring.
