Summary Job Description: Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a working manager for our Physical Therapy location in New Albany, IN. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a driven outpatient Physical Therapist ready to build something of their own. Management experience is not required — we’re looking for someone with initiative, strong communication skills, and the desire to shape the culture, growth, and clinical excellence of an established orthopedic clinic.
