Description The Lead Electrical Commissioning Technician will play a key role in the commissioning of substation, surface facilities and transmission interconnections across Fervo’s portfolio of geothermal energy developments. The Lead Electrical Commissioning Technician will oversee field execution and management of contractors, commissioning timeline, documentation, and unit handovers. Ideally, the Lead Electrical Commissioning Technician position will have the ability to relocate to or reside at the project location in Milford, UT during commissioning efforts. This position reports to the Commissioning Manager. This is a hands-on, field-based role where strong leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset are essential. You will be a core contributor to successful plant startups and long-term performance.
