Laundry Worker: Part-Time 3 shifts/week, Every other weekend required Pay Rate: $17.25: The laundry worker is responsible for collecting, sorting, laundering, labeling and delivery of linen and clothing for both ECH and REM residents. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Address residents by greeting them and asking them of any laundry needs - Separate colored and white clothes and linens - Ensure that whites are separated regardless of the type of clothes - Ensure that each pile of REM residents clothes is separated within their individual mesh bag - Heat seal resident name and room number specific labels onto resident clothing after generating designated number of labels, according to departmental procedure. - Inspect each item for nicks, tears or stains prior to washing and inform residents of any concerns...
