Job description

The Salvation Army in Kirksville, MO is looking for an individual who would like to apply their retail experiences to fill our Thrift Store Worker position. This position is expected to perform all functions of a thrift store worker. This includes but is not limited to: Working with customers; lifting and carrying donated/ purchased items; sorting clothes; pricing items; preparing and placing items for display on the sales floor; operating a cash register and making change for purchased items; counting, reconciling of the cash drawer, and making bank deposits at the end of day. The majority of the work done in the position will be of the physical labor type. This is a part-time, 20 hours per week position, with a starting pay of $15.00 per hour.
