The Store Manager is at the heart of everything we do at Pavement. You care about the craft of coffee & bagels, the communities that we serve, the teams that we build, and the relationships that grow along the way. You are focused on helping your team thrive in a fast-paced environment and thinking quickly on your feet to adapt to the situations at hand. You know how to leverage your team's strengths to build a one-of-a-kind customer experience that both embraces and elevates our inclusive work culture. You will: - Be responsible for staffing store operations and supporting a team environment.
