Overview The SVP of Field Operations is a key executive leader responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and operational excellence for assigned regions within ATIs national footprint. This role drives strategic execution across the field, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality patient care, strong financial performance, and alignment with organizational goals. The SVP partners cross-functionally with clinical leadership, finance, HR, and business development to scale operations, optimize workflows, and enhance the patient and provider experience.
