Assistant Business Manager Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume): Bachelor’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Two (2) years of progressively responsible, full-time administrative experience, to include budget and financial management experience. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications: Additional years of progressively responsible, full-time administrative experience, to include budget and financial management experience. Account reconciliation experience. Prior purchasing and procurement experience. Experience with accounts receivable and/or accounts payable processes. Brief Descriptions of Duties: The Assistant Business Manager supports the Business Manager in overseeing business operations for Campus Operations and Maintenance. This role encompasses a broad range of administrative, operational, financial, and budgetary responsibilities, including procurement, invoice processing, financial reporting, and budget management.
