Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or health care management. - Experience in academic health care setting, budgeting, business planning. Advanced MS Excel, MS Access, Essbase, Smart View, Power/MyPower experience preferred. Job Summary: Serves as departmental business manager for the Family Medicine Department in ASGV/Primary Care Services. Assists the ASGV/Primary Care Group director of business operations in organizational development, departmental operations, departmental reporting, assists with all human resource needs of the department and performance management.
