Company Description Behavior Climate Specialist: Position Overview: The Behavior Climate Specialist supports the implementation of schoolwide behavior systems that promote a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment. This role focuses on strengthening Tier 1 and Tier 2 behavior supports, coaching students on behavior expectations and self-regulation, and reinforcing consistent culture systems across classrooms and common spaces. Working closely with the School Leader and Assistant School Leader, the Behavior Climate Specialist partners with teachers and student support staff to address behavioral challenges, increase time in class, and help students develop the skills necessary to succeed academically and socially.
