ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Ensure that all produced materials are safely and efficiently inspected, packaged, labeled, then sent to the correct customer. · Lead and oversee all aspects of customer sample order production from request through shipment · Coordinate with sales, customer service, and production teams to prioritize and fulfil sample requests accurately and on time. · Review sample order specifications to ensure materials dimensions and finished goods meet customer requirements · Schedule and manage sample workflow to meet tight deadlines without disrupting standard production · Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement of materials needs for sample orders · Communicate with plant production scheduler to ensure that samples always have proper material on hand. · Perform quality checks on all samples prior to shipment to ensure they meet company and customer requirements · Package and prepare sample orders for shipment, ensuring proper...
