Company Description: - You are responsible for prioritizing the portfolio and helping the organization make sharp choices, including stopping, phasing or reprioritizing initiatives - You translate strategic priorities within Central Services into concrete, balanced portfolio roadmaps - You guarantee integral insight into progress, impact, dependencies, risks, capacity and budget - You will embed an AI-first mindset in the design, prioritization and execution of the portfolio - You will act as a strategic sparring partner for the Leadership Team and CSLT and provide independent, data-driven advice on sequencing, investments and change capability - You facilitate fixed governance moments, such as portfolio reviews and performance updates - You actively steer towards value creation and ensure that initiatives demonstrably contribute to efficiency, quality and employee and customer experience - You are responsible for the (further) development of reports and dashboards that enable transparency and effective management - You will lead the Business Analysis and Data & Reporting teams (approximately 7 FTE) and further develop these teams in analytics, data products and AI-driven solutions...
