Job description

Your Role As a Senior Systems Engineer, you are directly responsible for the current and future trading infrastructure. You design and implement low latency, highly resilient infrastructure, considering the full infrastructure stack and in-line with development and the trading platform requirements. You report directly into the Head of Trading Infrastructure. Your Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture, deployment, and management of infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, and storage - Design, implement, and maintain cloud and on-premise solutions to ensure scalability and availability - Participation in on-call and out of hours change management (compensated) - Continuously evaluate and improve existing infrastructure to optimize performance, security, and resilience - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime and reliability - Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence - Develop and document best practices, standards, and procedures for systems engineering and infrastructure management - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recommending and implementing new technologies to drive innov...
