Planner / Scheduler

Job description

The Senior Buyer / Planner is responsible for planning, coordination, and control of all maintenance and operational work execution across East Hanover and associated sites. This role owns CMMS planning outputs, including work order prioritization, backlog management, and work package readiness, ensuring alignment between workload, resource capacity, and operational priorities. The Planner ensures labor, materials, and vendor resources are fully aligned to support efficient execution across maintenance, utilities, and critical systems. The role coordinates shutdowns, outages, and planned work to minimize disruption to laboratory and operational environments. This position ensures alignment between planned work and actual execution through data-driven performance tracking. Compensation: $64,668.00/YR: The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
