Job Title: Affordable Housing Manager Department: Real Estate Management Primary Location: Moore Park - 11 Leith Lane, Hilton, NY 14468 Hours Per Week: 20 hours Schedule: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, on-call 1 week per month Position Summary: The Affordable Housing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day business operations and the management of those policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained community within the Affordable and Subsidized Senior Communities’ portfolio. In addition, will ensure quality customer service, compliance with mandated regulatory programs, maintain operations budgets, environmental health and safety compliance and achieve cost efficiencies. Provide superior customer service by modeling the Brand Promise and Core Values.
