Job description

This is how you WOW: Performs routine preventative maintenance operations Repairs and maintains physical structure and other pieces of equipment and office furniture Install/Repair ceiling tiles, light bulbs and ballasts as needed Assemble and tear down of racking Performs forklift battery inspections: Performs minor forklift repair: Assists in conveyor PM/Rework and repair Performs some fabrication/welding: Electrical install/new and rework/repair: Floor repair: Generator Maintenance: Fan repair: Fire suppression: Utilize standard hand, portable power tools and large equipment Landscape upkeep to include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse. Facility upkeep of building: including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing windows. Assists other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies. Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies.
