Director, Total Rewards - Chainalysis Position Overview: The Director, Total Rewards will lead the development and implementation of innovative compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across our global footprint. This role will be based in the US. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Review, refine, and execute a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with our business objectives in the rapidly evolving Web3 industry Partner with leadership to ensure compensation and benefits programs support business growth while maintaining competitive market position Drive data-informed decision-making through market analysis and industry benchmarking Compensation Management: Own all compensation programs globally, including salary structures, global job architecture, annual incentive plans, and merit, bonus, and equity processes Lead the assessment, refinement, and ongoing maturation of global job architecture and leveling frameworks, including addressing legacy inconsistencies and role evolution Develop and maintain sophisticated market pricing methodologies that reflect the unique dynamics of our industry Ensure pay equity and transparen...
