ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT: The City of Cambridge Emergency Communications Department is looking for an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to ensure the successful delivery of public safety IT projects in a structured and dynamic way. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Public Safety IT, the ideal candidate for this role must have the ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage, and communicate project status. In addition to managing project information, the candidate will be looked to for business process analysis and redesign. The incumbent is responsible for project scoping, requirements gathering and documentation, technology evaluation, project communication, risk assessment, test plans, problem resolution, and training plans for large enterprise projects.
