What you'll do: Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, The Gas Bar Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Boissevain Gas Bar by: Providing exceptional member service; Stocking shelves as required;: Ensuring the location remains neat, clean, and orderly at all times by following good housekeeping standards; Coordinating workloads and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards; Training, mentoring, and supporting employees to ensure they have the skills and confidence to succeed in their roles; Achieving and maintaining financial objectives for the department; Delivering exceptional service by promoting quality customer interactions and resolving issues promptly; Performing other duties as assigned.
