This role ensures seamless coordination between reservations, seating, and service teams, while maintaining the warm, playful, and high-touch hospitality The Standard is known for. The Host acts as the first impression of the venue, managing the flow of guests with professionalism and poise, optimizing table turns, and ensuring each guest feels genuinely welcomed. They assist management in supervising hosts, coordinating large reservations, and partnering closely with service leaders to maintain a smooth, guest-focused operation. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage daily reservations and seating charts to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction. Manage host scheduling throughout property outlets. Liaise with F&B Managers and Hotel Guest Experience team to anticipate and accommodate guest needs. Handle VIPs, large parties, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
