Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and detail‑driven Manager of HR Compliance & Quality Control to ensure our human resources practices meet all legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards. This role plays a critical part in protecting the organization, strengthening HR processes, and supporting a consistent, high‑quality employee experience across the enterprise. Working closely with HR leaders, Talent Management, and HR Technology, this position blends regulatory expertise, audit leadership, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and a collaborative approach to driving compliance at scale.
