Schedule: - Flexible Shifts - Weekend availability - Self-determined schedule - Differentials available Care Delivery: To provide the highest quality of care to AccordCare clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction. - Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks. - Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication. - Help with general light housekeeping.
